President Daniel Martinez
Daniel Martinez has 17 years of experience as a police officer, and is currently assigned to the CID division as a detective. He holds a Master Peace Officer certificate, is one of the firearms instructors for the Northlake Police Department and was awarded co-Officer of the Year in 2024. President Martinez is a father of three boys, ages 15, 12 and 7 and was recently married in November of 2024, granting him a new stepdaughter in the process. His passion is the outdoors and he loves fishing, camping, bowhunting and traveling to new places with his wife.

vice President Micah Hayman
Micah Hayman has 12 years of law enforcement experience and is currently a Sergeant in the patrol division. Sergeant Hayman holds an advanced peace officer certification and is a Field Training Officer, Drone Pilot, and Negotiator for the department.
Sergeant Hayman is married and has 2 children. In his spare time, Sergeant Hayman enjoys spending time with his family and videography.

Treasurer Doug Williams
Doug Williams has been in law enforcement for over 15 years, most of which has been spent at Northlake. He serves as a patrol supervisor, and is one of the department's Taser instructors. He holds a Master Peace Officer License through TCOLE and is certified by TEEX as a Major Crimes Investigator and serves on the regional collision reconstruction team.
He spends his spare time in the country with his wife of 15 years. He has two children, ages 11 and 14. In his spare time, Doug enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching youth sports.

Secretary Matt Koeper
Matt Koeper has been a police officer with the Town of Northlake since 2011, after moving here from the St Louis, MO area where he was a sheriff's deputy. Matt is currently assigned to CID division, where he has served for the last 3 years. Matt holds a Master Peace Officer license, is a field training officer and was recently elected to serve as the secretary of the Northlake Police Association. Matt has been married for 15 years and has 3 beautiful children.
